WELLS REAL ESTATE FUNDS

Celebrates a non-stop success story!

Few companies can honestly say they have experienced phenomenal growth before and since 9-11. WELLS is one of those rare phenomenon. Owner Leo Wells started the company in 1984 with 5 employees and a vision to help people achieve financial independence through conservatively structured real estate investments. The company now has 245 employees and places great value on empowering them to do the jobs assigned. It also encourages involvement and rewards them for each milestone achieved.

A recent “Catch the Wave” program, conceived and initiated by Missy Willis, Doug Buce, and Cheryl Redmond (see photo left), kicked off last month announcing a three-part emphasis to unify employees and management in an atmosphere of Purpose, Leadership/Partnership, and Community. 200 people attended the announcement held in an Atlanta Regal Cinema theatre, fully decorated with beach props, tropical palm trees, and six “real-life” surf boards, which are now being passed between departments at one-month intervals to reward team spirit and positive attitude.

“This company has something special going for it” says event consultant Dianne McGarey of Axtell Productions. “They not only care about selling their product, they care about their customers, and they care about each other! We have worked on several Wells events over the past two years, and I’m blown away with each employee’s passion and commitment to excellence!”
